Why Engineers Don't Write Recipe Books

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients:
532.35 cm3 gluten
4.9 cm3 NaHCO3
4.9 cm3 refined halite
236.6 cm3 partially hydrogenated tallow triglyceride
177.45 cm3 crystalline C12H22O11
177.45 cm3 unrefined C12H22O11
4.9 cm3 methyl ether of protocatechuic aldehyde
Two calcium carbonate-encapsulated avian albumen-coated protein
473.2 cm3 theobroma cacao
236.6 cm3 de-encapsulated legume meats (sieve size #10) To a 2 litre jacketed round reactor vessel (reactor #1) with an overall heat transfer coefficient of about 100 Btu/°F-ft2-hr, add ingredients one, two and three with constant agitation. In a second 2 litre reactor vessel with a radial flow impeller operating at 100 rpm, add ingredients four, five, six, and seven until the mixture is homogenous. To reactor #2, add ingredient eight, followed by three equal volumes of the homogenous mixture in reactor #1. Additionally, add ingredient nine and ten slowly, with constant agitation. Care must be taken at this point in the reaction to control any temperature rise that may be the result of an exothermic reaction.Using a screw extrude attached to a #4 nodulizer, place the mixture piece-meal on a 316SS sheet (300 x 600 mm). Heat in a 460&degK oven for a period of time that is in agreement with Frank & Johnston's first order rate expression (see JACOS, 21, 55), or until golden brown.
Once the reaction is complete, place the sheet on a 25°C heat-transfer table, allowing the product to come to equilibrium.- Anon

Men fear thought as they fear nothing else on earth - more than ruin - more even than death... Thought is subversive and revolutionary, destructive and terrible, thought is merciless to privilege, established institutions, and comfortable habit. Thought looks into the pit of hell and is not afraid. Thought is great and swift and free, the light of the world, and the chief glory of man

Renunciation through drink..

Our Hindu folklore proclaims 4 kinds of vairaagya(Ren....too lazy to continue this) viz.Vairaagya upon seeing a dead person; Vairaagya from suffering terribly(as in disease); Vairaagya from eating to one's satisfaction(this, i know) and Vairaagya from wisdom(sadhus)....being quite a 'frequenter' of the madhira and learning from my mistakes(again...and again...and AGAIN....and again:/),one such an indication of our readiness to forfeit everything must surely be the hangover from those darned binge sessions. Moreover, this kind of an enlightened wisdom is quite genuine if one observes oneself...on such glorious days,it hurts to see a cigarette;it pains to smell anything remotely approaching that musky, acidic whiff of alcohol;it grieves to see an full platter of food;it is revolting to see the tv,talk gossip, ride a bike, lift a pen, walk around (you get the picture!)....it makes you want to sit/lie on the cold floor(no wonder they go to the himalyas),close your eyes, maybe sip rosewater(?) and feel good...you begin to objectively look at that dull pulsating torture somewhere in the midst of your benin cortex and realize that you arent really you..*end of this inane mumbling*
